Hey everyone!

This Sunday promises to be the hottest day, so far, this summer. With temps looking to climb into the mid-90s we're gonna keep this one really tame. Heat stroke is not the goal. 

A classic out-and-back along River road is this week's route. Anybody feeling adventurous can jump in the river mid-run and cool back off. 

A dry set of clothes, a towel, and some sunscreen are all recommended for this weekend.
