This will be the last chance to join Northwoods Athletics for a jaunt around Bentonville, as our time in NWA has sadly come to an end and we are off to NH/VT.

This weekend will be our longest yet, but as always, it will end with coffee and baked goods to make it all worthwhile. Thank you to everyone who has joined us for a few miles and to all those who have made our time in NWA so great.

With just two more group runs before the Northwoods crew heads back to the Northeast, come join us for a few miles before it's too late!

This week we will be swinging through Coler Park and the singing bridges before making our way back to the square for coffee.

And don't anyone fret, Fred will be joining this weekend, so no one has to run alone with Ben.

Care for a run? With Fred and Dan both out of town, Ben will be flying solo this Saturday. Come share some miles with him so he doesn't become even more of a loner than he already is. This week's stage is a 7mile loop around town, culminating with coffee and baked goods. If you are feeling super ambitious, message Ben ahead of time and join him for 5 additional miles to pre-game and get the party started earlier. As they say: more miles, more fun. Hope to see you all this Saturday.

Stage 4 of the Tour de Bentonville rolls out of town from the Bentonville City Square this Sunday at 10am. Join Ben and Fred for a few easy miles and/or for coffee and tasty treats afterwards. We are friendly, we promise.

This week, we switch to a Saturday AM meet up from the Bentonville City Square. We will keep this week's edition short and sweet. Haakon (Ben's 6month old son) will be joining via stroller, so get ready for some babbling and squawking, and a slightly easier pace up any inclines.

As always, feel free to meet up just for a chin waggle and for coffee afterwards. Hope to see you all Saturday.

Last week's meetup seemed to be a good proof of concept. A fun run with a good bunch of people followed by a trip over to Meteor Cafe for lunch. Think we'll do the same this Sunday.

We will meet at the Bentonville City Square. Expect to arrive around 10am and take 10 minutes or so to socialize and get loose before we venture off.

This week's route is locally known as 'Slaughter Pen - Old Dump.' It has a few good climbs and a nice mix of bike path, road, and gravel.
